Members today enjoyed various activities starting with colouring pictures and then enjoyed Kevin’s quiz.

As it was a lovely hot day Lisa then suggested some exercises outside which everyone enjoyed and then followed by some music and dancing to a few favourites. The session then followed with various games including Tovertafel which is a favourite.

My thank to Eva one of the students who attended to help at the session. Also thanks to Mark one of the Trustees who helped set up. As I was short of volunteers today I would like to thank some of the carers who stepped up to help with clearing up and washing up at the end.
