Another lovely warm afternoon at the Finchley Memorial Hospital. Lisa welcomed everyone and everyone was happy enjoying their teas/coffees, biscuits and chatting and keeping busy with water colour painting, word searches and a stacking game to try and stack some miniature chairs.

It was also one of the members birthday today. It was Ruth’s birthday and Lisa made sure it was celebrated the DCUK fashion with a firework candle. Ruth was also wearing a very special pretty dress today which everyone complimented. Everyone sang Happy Birthday and Ruth was very happy and overwhelmed.

A game of Bingo followed which everyone enjoys and then Richard Kravetz our Yoga instructor then joined us for the exercises. Richard always makes exercising fun. The session finished with some singing with song sheets and there was also some dancing.

Everyone had a lovely time.
