We had 17 members today and we also had a few new members trying the zoom session for the first time which was really lovely.

Lisa welcomed everyone and then started the Lisa and Mark Karaoke Show. Everyone really enjoyed the Show and then it was time for the exercises with Sian Kenrick. Sian had some very interesting dance moves as usual which everyone enjoyed.

Lisa then continued with the session and called out the Bingo numbers. Today we had 2 winners – Kevin and Pamela.
